At ART-E-FICIAL, all sales are final due to the limited and handmade nature of our products. We ask that you carefully review your order before completing your purchase.

Damages and Issues
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at arteficialcustomercare@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Claims submitted after this timeframe may not be eligible for review.

Sizing Disclaimer
Each garment is individually handmade, which means slight variations in size may occur. Please allow for a 2–3cm difference in measurements due to the handcrafted nature of our products.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges due to the limited nature of our collections. However, if you require a different size, you may contact us at arteficialcustomercare@gmail.com and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds
Refunds are only considered for items with verified manufacturing defects. All claims are subject to inspection by our quality control team. Items showing signs of intentional damage, misuse, alteration, or wear are not eligible for a refund. ART-E-FICIAL reserves the right to make the final determination on whether an item qualifies as defective.

Accepted Refunds
If a refund request is approved, the customer will be required to return the product for inspection. Once the returned item is received and approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at arteficialcustomercare@gmail.com.

Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is confirmed defective by our team. We are not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

Final Note
ART-E-FICIAL reserves the right to make the final decision on all return, exchange, and refund requests.
