Our Policy
We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Please allow 3 business days for order fulfillment. Domestic U.S. orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days after fulfillment, while international orders may take 2–3 weeks depending on customs processing.

Once an order has been fulfilled and transferred to the shipping carrier, ART-E-FICIAL is no longer responsible for the package. All orders include a tracking number, and carrier tracking confirmation will serve as proof of delivery, even if the customer is not personally available to receive the package. Any delays, delivery issues, or lost/stolen packages must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier, though we will assist you in tracking or filing a claim when possible.

If you do not receive an order confirmation email within one hour of purchase, please check your junk or spam folder. If you still cannot find it, contact us at arteficialcustomercare@gmail.com.

Customs Fees & Import Taxes
Customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by your country are the sole responsibility of the customer. ART-E-FICIAL does not cover these charges. Refusal to pay customs duties or import taxes will result in the package being returned or abandoned, and such orders will not be eligible for refund. We recommend checking with your local customs office for details before placing an order.
